What happens when I arrive?
When you enter North Javits Center, head to Level 3 Registration area. Please have your photo ID and QR code ready to help ensure a smooth check-in experience for badge pickup.
Your badge provides access based on your ticket type and may include Main Stage sessions, Momentum Stage sessions, Open Co-Hosted Events, show floor, and networking areas.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended.
What can I access with my badge?

General Attendee Pass
General Attendee Pass holders receive access to:
- Access to all 100+ Main Stage and Impact Stage sessions across all 3 days
- Access to the main exhibit floor, including sponsor activations, exhibitors, and startups
- The Nest Campus App before, during, and after the event
- Discounted hotel rates
Executive Pass
Executive Pass holders receive access to everything included with a General Attendee Pass, plus:
- Access to everything in the General Attendee Pass PLUS:
- Intimate access to speakers via invite-only Q&A sessions
- Sophisticated AI powered matchmaking delivering personalized recommendations per executive attendee, to other leaders you simply must meet, assisted further by our meeting facilitation platform.
- Premium Executive Lounge access reserved for VIPs, speakers and Executive ticket holders. Includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshments daily
- Priority seating at Main Stage sessions
- Access to every main stage session which is recorded, transcribed, and AI-searchable
Will food be available?
Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase at concession locations on Level 3.
Executive Pass holders also enjoy complimentary food and refreshments in the Executive Lounge.
Is The Nest Campus ADA accessible?
Absolutely. The Javits Center is fully ADA accessible and welcomes all attendees.
