Sponsor Pass Registration

A Sponsor Pass is a ticket that has been purchased by an event sponsor within their sponsorship costs.

• Each sponsor has a specific amount of passes and a code will be provided to you by the The Nest Campus team to redeem when registering.
• To redeem your sponsor pass, register as normal and you'll have the opportunity to enter in the comp ticket code on the payments page.
• You may see a ticket rate while registering, but don't worry, the Sponsor pass will reduce the rate to $0.

Crew wristbands

If you have third party vendors who are delivering services in your booth, such as photography, attendee activations, you can request up to 2 crew wristbands, which will give access to the show floor during exhibitor open hours.

These wristbands will be collected from the EAC/Info Check-In Desk on Level 3 of the North Javits South each morning, and are valid for the day of issue only. They must be worn at all times during the event and access will not be permitted to the hall to anyone not in possession of either a crew wristband, or a valid The Nest Campus pass.
