When and where is The Nest Campus 2026?

The Nest Campus will take place September 22–24, 2026, at the North Javits Center in New York City during Climate Week NYC.

How do I register?

All speakers must be registered prior to the event.

As a courtesy your complimentary speaker pass will be registered  by The Nest Campus. 

What pass type will I receive?

Speakers receive an Executive Pass, which includes:

  • Access to all Main Stage and Impact Stage sessions
  • Executive Lounge access (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
  • VIP networking receptions
  • Priority seating
  • AI-powered networking and matchmaking
  • Invite-only Speaker & Executive Q&A sessions

Your Content team contact will confirm your registration details.

How do I download the Event App?

The Nest Campus Event App will be available closer to the event and you will receive a separate email with instructions to login.

The app will allow you to:

  • Access your event QR code needed for badge pickup
  • View the agenda
  • Connect with attendees
  • Receive event updates
  • View venue maps

Can I update my speaker information?

Yes. Please contact Elisa Barkan at elisa@thenestcampus.com if you need to update your:

  • Speaker name
  • Job title
  • Company
  • Bio
  • Headshot

Is there a hotel block?

Yes! The Nest Campus has secured a discounted hotel block at The New Yorker Hotel, approximately a 15-minute walk from the venue. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please complete your registration before booking. Your booking link will be included in your onboarding email.

What am I agreeing to when I register?

As a confirmed speaker, you will be asked to agree to our Terms of Attendance and Privacy Policy, which cover things like being recorded, photographed, and featured in event materials. This is a quick checkbox confirmation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes. Your guest can register using our general registration link and selecting the standard attendee ticket. This is separate from your own registration, which The Nest Campus handles for you.

Will I receive assets to promote my session?

Yes. Once your session details are finalized, we will send you a personalized speaker toolkit, including a speaker announcement graphic, so you can share your session with your own network ahead of the event.
